Hillary for Change, what the f@*#?

Bush Sr. #41 = 4 Years
Bill Clinton #42 = 8 Years
Bush W.#43 = 8 Years* (so far)
H.R. Clinton #44 = 8 Years (why not?)

28 Years.

Add in Regan/Bush = 36 Years.

How is that change, exactly?
