Chinese Terrorists

China says it has caught and prevented not one, but two terrorist attacks designed to disrupt the Olympics.

Here's the story

"Those terrorists, saboteurs and secessionists are to be battered resolutely, no matter what ethnic group they are from," said Mr Wang, who is a member of the Communist Party's politburo.

I can imagine that these "suspected" Chinese terrorists will be tortured in a manor that will make Gitmo seem like a trip to Club Med. I also see this story as either a) it's a thinly veiled convenient pretext for the Chinese government to suppress a population that they've wanted to target for years. b) the official entry of the Chinese on the "War on Terror" - which through many twists and turns will eventually send them to Iran to secure their future oil supplies.

This is a major development that should be watched very closely.
