It's Over

MSNBC Says It Has Ended Keith Olbermann's Contract

In a statement, MSNBC said, "the last broadcast of 'Countdown with Keith Olbermann' will be this evening."

Maybe he and Craig Kilborne can team up and do some wacky sports commentary?

Or maybe they can reboot the 80's power duo "Keith and Craig" - where they go around in a van solving crimes; dumpster diving.

I wonder if MSNBC fired him because of poor ratings or if they were just tired of him?

It was a buy out to shut him up. Comcast just bought NBC and they were afraid of what he might say - or just that they didn't like his brand of politics.

Eitherway, part of the deal was that he isn't on TV anymore. Sure, he'll be on the internet - but that's not a threat to Comcast. They own half of that.
