Dumbass of the Day

Breaks in to house. Takes a shower. Locks himself in the bathroom when the homeowner arrives. Calls the police out of concern for his own safety. Waits around for the police and gets taken into custody “without incident.” At some point there are 4 dogs. 2 police, 2 by the homeowner

As for the weapon: “[Police] did not say if the homeowner did in fact have a gun.”

Had it been Illinois, we'd already know about the gun.
