Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., is part of the all new swamp draining effort by the House - in a last ditch effort to look all change-y before November. The House Investigative Panel has charged California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters with violating ethics rules. Waters, a senior member of the House Financial Services Committee, and not so much about 'Change', would face a trial in the fall unless she negotiates a settlement. The specific charges against Waters were not made public in the announcement Monday from the House ethics committee... what, no, that would be turning against one of their own.So they're very slowly draining the Pelosi swamp - Rangel and now Waters. Too late, for me - what do you think?
