Obama Leaps Over the Constitution for a DREAM

ooops. I guess that doesn't apply when he's pandering to the youth illegal immigrant voter? Maybe you hadn't heard about Mr. Obama’s decision to offer legal status to some undocumented immigrants under 30? So either his action violates the Constitution by not allowing Congress to do it's job -- or he's not enforcing the law, which means he's violating his oath? Which is it? Either way, wasn't Mr. Obama a professor of Constitutional Law?
