He'd get rid of three cabinet level agencies... What's that third one?

ending on the worst sound bite a presidential hopeful could possibly
utter: “Oops.”
15 minutes later Perry recalled that it was the Department of Energy he was “reaching for.”
Please, more debates - the more material I have. He should have tured to Ron Paul who could have told him off the cuff at least 5 bloated agencies to cut. But he didn't, floundered - and made George W. Bush look like a Rhode's Scholar in the process. Big thumbs up, Rick.
