Prop 8 is unconstitutional - much to the dismay of the folks in Utah, about California? Anyhow, the best part of this story is that they cited the 14th Amendment in their decision. Ha - Ha.The ruling by Judge Vaughn R. Walker of Federal District Court in San Francisco represents an important victory for gay rights advocates... for ten seconds until it gets appealed and then goes to the United States Supreme Court. That's when it gets real.
