But we were going to be BFFs!

President Obama and the leaders of Britain and France accused Iran of building a secret underground plant to manufacture nuclear fuel, charging that Iran has hidden the covert facility for years from international weapons inspectors, according to senior administration officials.

But, but, Hillary Pantsuit gave you a note - and that note said that we all want to be friends, and we were going to talk after class, and we were going to hold hands.... This means that the Jewish kid Israel was right about your all along. You really are a dirty lier and and cheater. You just wait until the other kids on the playground hear about this! I'm totally going to tattle on you! You can bet that they're all going to gang up on you and write you a nasty note condemning you. There's no way anyone is going to trade stickers with you anymore. We might all even get together and TP your house, you stinker face! I don't like you anymore, Iran.

  1. President Obama is slowly putting Iran in a box.

His cancellation of the useless and expensive so-called "missile shield" program in eastern Europe, which had needlessly antagonized Russia, has been rewarded with greater Russian cooperativeness on Iran. The US right wing accused Obama of a failure of nerve. But in fact his move was shrewd and gutsy, since he predisposed Russia to increased cooperation with the US in regard to Iran's nuclear research program. Obama's full court press for a United Nations Security Council resolution on nuclear disarmament also pulled the rug out from under Iran's previous grandstanding tactics, whereby it accused the US and its allies of only wanting nuclear dominance, not the abolition of nukes.

Obama chaired the UN Security Council at the summit level on Thursday, and managed to get through an important resolution on nuclear disarmament.

  2. My dick in a box.

If you're wrong, Iran has the biggest bargaining chip in the whole world - and it will spark an Arab arms race to compete against a Shiite nuclear power in the region.

Arabs do NOT want a nuclear Iran. Israel does NOT want a nuclear Iran... Unlikely friends? Turn the other way as we take 'em out?
