Mock Mood, the Holocaust denier, wiper outer of Israel, overall a heckofaguy

Ah, Ma-mood Ah-mah-dini-jad. What a mouth you have. I thought John Kerry and George Bush were bad politicians.

First, let's review his speech at the World Without Zionism conference that he organized and chaired.
Our dear Imam (referring to Ayatollah Khomeini) said that the occupying regime must be wiped off the map and this was a very wise statement. We cannot compromise over the issue of Palestine. Is it possible to create a new front in the heart of an old front. This would be a defeat and whoever accepts the legitimacy of this regime has in fact, signed the defeat of the Islamic world. Our dear Imam targeted the heart of the world oppressor in his struggle, meaning the occupying regime. I have no doubt that the new wave that has started in Palestine, and we witness it in the Islamic world too, will eliminate this disgraceful stain from the Islamic world.[2]
Okay. Got it. Mahmoud won't be invited to Seder dinner anytime soon. But what about this 'I never heard him deny the Holocaust' question. Allow me to cut'n'da'paste.
They have invented a myth that Jews were massacred and place this above God, religions and the prophets. The West has given more significance to the myth of the genocide of the Jews, even more significant than God, religion, and the prophets, (it) deals very severely with those who deny this myth but does not do anything to those who deny God, religion, and the prophet. If you have burned the Jews, why don't you give a piece of Europe, the United States, Canada or Alaska to Israel? Our question is, if you have committed this huge crime, why should the innocent nation of Palestine pay for this crime?[65]
In a May 30 interview with Der Spiegel Ahmadinejad again questioned the Holocaust several times, insisting there were "two opinions" on this. When asked if the Holocaust was a myth, he responded "I will only accept something as truth if I am actually convinced of it", and further stated:

We are saying that if the Holocaust occurred, then Europe must draw the consequences and that it is not Palestine that should pay the price for it. If it did not occur, then the Jews have to go back to where they came from.[73]

Okay, now I'd like to get into why Israel was re-established where it is, and not say Alaska or New Mexico or something like that. Although - 60 years later - it seems like a really neat idea. Perhaps UN 242 should have looked at the idea. I mean, since the humor of displacing the lost tribes of Native Americans for the Lost Tribe of Abraham is a real knee slapper.

His point, though, why not let/force Germany deal with their sins? Which kind of flows into why no one gave Paul Newman or the nice Jewish folks on board the Exodus a safe haven to dock. Specifically, the Jewish homeland - or Israel. And also why Paul Newman and the other people only wanted to go to that god forsaken land...

Zion, isn't that from those Matrix movies?

Why would the Jews want that cruddy arid land over a nice piece of the Rhineland anyhow? Because our good friend religion stepped in. Religion has a funny way of taking a rational thoughtful and logical person and turning them otherwise.

You could say the Jews have been trying to get back into Israel ever since they got kicked out by the Romans in 70 AD. Yeah, kind of a long time ago, but stick with me here.

The modern Zionist movement, started around, oh, let's eyeball it at 1200. Probably after realizing that everyone who wasn't a Jew was an anti Semite. And I'm not talking about making some jokes on a blog in bad taste, I'm talking death to the infidel kind of anti-Semite.

Now, it's not that there weren't Jews in Israel, it's just that there wasn't really a nation state where they could point to. I'm trying to whittle down 2000 years of in a couple sentences, so bear with me.

Zionist movements ebbed and waned through the centuries, and in 1840 Mordecai Manuel Noah even kind of created a Homeland of the Jews in America. Grand Island North of Buffalo NY. Not far from where Joseph Smith grew up. As in the Mormons. Perhaps they both had their eye on a particular Salt Lake? One can only imagine the Mormons and the Jews fighting it out over some cruddy arid desert land? It'd make for good poli-sci-fi, but they'd make it in New Zealand to save on production, and it'd just look like that Flash Gordon train wreck... but I digress.

Then there was the Dreyfus Affair in 1894. I think the movie even stared Richard Dreyfus? I'd have to check that... and that's when the ball really got rolling to move back to the real, original, Holy land. Then there were conferences, discussions, deliberations... for a couple more decades. So right around 1945, after fifty years of blinding oppression by the Russians, the Germans, the Poles, the French oh hell - let's just say the West in general, the Jews were pretty fed up with everything that Europe had to offer and decided to really get into the safe haven idea.

So, in a nut shell, the Jewish refuges went to British controlled Palestine - kicked out the British with some guns, Harry S. Truman signs on since he feels bad about not allowing any Jews to immigrate to the US during the war (whoops)... Then blam - UN 242 establishes Israel.

And what a fun ride it's been since!

So El Presidente Mock Mood Iditarod, the Jews didn't just plop down in Palestine because of Hitler. They got to stay there because of Hitler. It's a whole other way of looking at the issue.

Okay, maybe he's got some legs with half his argument?
