This is what The Miami Police Department's website looked like: you are being warned about the criminal activities of the notorious violent gang leader Jay-Z, gang member Jay-Z, and some other guys. The streets aren't safe.(ala Gawker)
PS - If you hire a graphic designer in their 20's to make your home page look like Grand Theft Auto - make sure they're not lifting photos from the internet. That's grand theft copyright infringement.
