Obama is giving away TRILLIONS of YOUR tax dollars to (further) line the pockets of his cronies, lobbyists and campaign contributors (otherwise known as the "elite"). This alone should be enough to completely outrage the entire population into a revolution. If you are against the "elite", then you surely must be against all of the 'bail-out" money going to these people (with little or no accountability). We, our kids, grandkids, etc. are left with the bill for this. Is this "taxation with representation"??? I should think not. Our Congress is complicit in this as well, since they are supposed to REPRESENT us, and not give in to their cronies, lobbyists and to their "party". It is criminal. We are now mere slaves. Period.
Tyranny seems to be translated by most people, from the Greeks up until today as "being the loser."
I do not support welfare in any of its forms, and loathe the fact that businesses who--when they succeeded-claimed to be above government interference are not clamouring for assistance.
However, companies like AIG were granted bailout money, beginning with $85 billion, starting asking for and receiving money before president Obama took office. So not all the blame can be laid at his door.
There was a man named "Bush" who is culpable in this fiasco as well.
Were we not slaves when our nation spied on us? Were we not duped when we were told of impending doom only to find a boasting fool whom everyone foolishly believed?
The truth of the matter is that they are all crooks. It just stings more because your side is no longer in control of the hand outs.
