Botched 'Shop

Did you see the scary Iranian test fire on the front page of your newspaper this morning? Yeah, the Iranians are saber rattling with George Bush, and asking to get spanked before he locks the door on his way out.

But, wait a tick, those scary Iranian missiles are - Iranian Hollywood magic?

Let's take a looksee.
(above) Here's the one run by all the popular press newspapers in the Western World...
(The Los Angeles Times, The Financial Times, The Chicago Tribune and several other newspapers as well as on BBC News, MSNBC, Yahoo! News, NYTimes.com and many other major news Web sites... to name a few)

And here's the 'unaltered' or 'un'shopped' one. (below)
Looks like pad number 3 might be full of fail there... Adobe might have to check the license of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard's copy of Photoshop.

Looks like there's going to be an opening for a new Minister of Cloning Tool.

It's pretty incredible how out-of-touch a theocratically-controlled government that cuts-off its people from the rest of the outside world can get, and how stupid they come to believe everyone outside of their culture must be.

I mean, it's like they didn't even try. You have four missiles and two of them are mirror images - it's not that $@%! difficult to spot the fake.

Of course, no one inside Iran's borders will ever hear about this.

Yeah, not that hard to catch... unless you work at The Los Angeles Times, The Financial Times, The Chicago Tribune and several other newspapers as well as on BBC News, MSNBC, Yahoo! News, NYTimes.com and many other major news Web sites...

WHO RAN IT

Are you sure they are the same Photo? The fourth rocket went off later in the video on TV last night. It does look like the rocket launcher magically moved back, though.

"A video grab from Al Alam television shows three of nine long- and medium-range missiles being fired during a test in Iran July 9, 2008. Iran test fired nine long- and medium-range missiles, including one which it has previously said could reach Israel and U.S. bases in the region, state media in Iran reported on Wednesday."
